The article addresses the correlation between the objective postoperative results of metacarpal-phalangeal arthroplasty surgery in patients with rheumatoid arthritis with subjective (perceived) results, the latter represented by the Michigan Score. This information is pertinent in order to corroborate objective data with the reality of function in the daily activities of rheumatologic patients. The proposal of the work is well defined in the proposed objective, and the use of the statistical method of correlation seemed appropriate to me.
